Quand j'ai su qu'après ma formation relais, je n'aurais pas de shifts de travail avant le 16 août (c'est-à-dire 10 jours après la fin de ma formation), j'ai pris un shift relais supplémentaire pour casser la glace. Je dis casser la glace, même si en fait j'avais déjà pris quelques appels relais lors de ma dernière journée de formation. En fait, je voulais surtout me pratiquer un peu avant d'avoir tout oublié. J'arrive donc aujourd'hui, je me connecte avec mon numéro d'agente relais et surprise ! Mon APPL, un outil indispensable au 0 ne fonctionne pas. Bref, j'étais dans la merde, et j'ai dû me déconnecter et travailler avec mon ID régulier. Bref, pas de relais, et huit heures de travail supplémentaire dont je me serais bien passé !
When I learned that after my relay training, I would not have shifts before August 16th (so 10 days after the end of the training), I took an overtime relay shift today to get some practice. I say some practice, even if I had already taken some relay calls at the last day of my training. I just wanted to get used to the service before I forget everything. So I arrive today and connect myself with my new relay operator number, and surprise ! My APPL, which is an essential tool for the zero didn't work out. It meant that I couldn't work with that ID. Which meant dans I couldn't take relay calls and that I was doing eight hours of overtime for nothing !
