Ma superviseure a aussi additionner le nombre d'appels que j'ai pris dans le mois d'avril. J'ai pris 7708 appels en un mois ! C'est fou, non ? Et j'ai travaillé seulement 15 jours ! Avant, je travaillais 20 jours par mois, vous imaginez comment je pouvais en prendre ? Et le nombre d'appels que j'ai pu avoir, depuis que j'ai commencé à travailler il y a 7 mois ?!?! Ça m'étourdit rien que d'y penser !
