Peu après mon appel de TELUS, j'ai reçu un autre appel des plus curieux: « Congratulations, you have just won a cruise to the Carribbean ! To be transfered press 9.» Comme une imbécile, j'ai pesé sur le 9, parce que JUSTEMENT, je m'étais inscrite à un concours pour gagner une croisière dans les Caraïbes. Alors, je ne veux pas prendre la chance de passer à côté d'un prix comme ça, si jamais c'était vrai, et peu importe si c'était un bizarre d'appel! Mais il s'avère que j'ai probablement été victime de fraude téléphonique. Car je n'ai pas été transférée, je n'ai eu qu'un message enregistré. Ça pourrait être le signe que notre ligne est utilisée pour faire des appels interrurbains ! Bref, on va peut-être se ramasser avec des comptes de téléphone astronomiques ! Donc, la police vient ce soir prendre notre déposition. Comme ça, on aura pas à payer si jamais on a des comptes de téléphone impossibles Ouf ! Quelle histoire ! Soyez vigilants, vous pourriez aussi avoir un appel similaire !
Just after the call I got from TELUS, I had another strange call: « Congratulations, you have just won a cruise to the Carribbean ! To be transfered, press 9.» Like an idiot, I pressed one, because PRECISELY, I had suscribed to a contest to win a cruise to the Carribbean. You will understand that I didn't want to pass beside this huge chance, if ever it was true, and no matter how strange was this phone call. The truth is that I probably have been the victim of telephonic fraud. Because when I pressed nine, I have not been transfered, it just rang and rang after the recorded message. That could be the sign that someone is using our telephone line to make interurban calls ! So, we could end up with astronomical phone bills ! So tonight the cops are coming to take our deposition. So if ever we end up with impossible phone bills, we'll be protected. Ouf! What a story ! Be careful if ever something like that happen to you !
